• “Services” refers to the infrastructure and software solutions provided by Blinklink, including but not limited to short-form video platforms, AI-driven content curation, and monetization features.

3. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3.2. Account Registration

All intellectual property rights in and to our services, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Blinklink.
5.2. Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or damage our services or our reputation.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Blinklink be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blinklink, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
