Updating Asset Visibility

Control where your Asset is visible and update visibility separately for each Page, Feed, or by Platform.

You can check an Asset’s visibility under the Visibility column in the Assets tab.

Listed Assets - Displayed as “Listed” with a count of the locations where the Asset is visible.
Unlisted Assets - Displayed as “Unlisted.”

Go to the Assets tab and locate the Asset you want to modify.
Under the visibility column, click on Listed or Unlisted
In the popup, review where the Asset is listed/unlisted and the associated Pages or Feeds.
Click List or Unlist under Status to change an Asset’s visibility.
