Members, roles, and permissions

View team member details, roles, permissions, and statuses in your settings.

Team Members

In the My Team tab within Settings, you can view:

  • Name - The full name and title of the team member

  • Email - The team member’s email address

  • Role - The team member’s assigned role

  • 2FA - Whether two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled or off

  • Status - The team member’s account status (active or pending)

Requesting Two-factor authentication (2FA) 

2FA enhances security by requiring an additional authentication step. To request 2FA for a team member:

  1. Click your name in the bottom right corner to access Settings.

  2. Select the My Team tab.

  3. Locate the member in the 2FA column.

  4. Click the Off dropdown for the member and select Request 2FA.

  5. A notification confirms the request has been sent. 

Roles and Permissions

Roles determine a team member’s access and permissions. View role details in Settings under My Team by clicking Role Details in the corner.

Permissions:
  • Admin - Full control, including user and billing management

  • Marketer - Full access, except for removing users and billing access

  • Moderator - Manages, modifies, and approves content, plus analytics access

  • Uploader - Can upload content

Tip: Assign roles based on the minimum permissions required for a user’s responsibilities.

Status Definitions

Information about a team member’s status can be found in the My Team tab within your Settings. A team member’s status lets you know if they have accepted your invitation or if it is still waiting to be accepted. Status can be

  • Active - Invitation accepted

  • Pending - Invitation awaiting acceptance
