Deleting your Organization
After processing your request, we cannot recover your organization. All content and teams will be permanently deleted.
Once your request is processed, your organization cannot be recovered.
Follow these steps to delete your organization:
Click your name in the bottom right corner to access Settings.
Select the Account Details tab.
Under Support, click Delete Organization.
In the popup enter your email address and click Delete.
Note: This action cannot be undone and will permanently delete your account. Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions before proceeding to avoid billing issues.
When your account is deleted, the following actions will occur and cannot be reversed:
Your entire organization, all accounts, live Feeds, and Audience data will be permanently deleted.
